GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Seventeen Grissom noncommissioned officers graduated from a 10-day noncommissioned officer leadership development course here recently. During the course, the NCOs participated in many leadership discussions and team building exercises.

The Air Force Reserve Command NCOLDC was established in 1989 in response to a need to provide meaningful, challenging leadership training to mid-level enlisted personnel.

The graduates included the following:
