Grissom NCOs graduate leadership course

Seventeen Grissom noncommissioned officers graduated from a 10-day noncommissioned officer leadership development course here recently.  During the course, the NCOs participated in many leadership discussions and team building exercises.

The Air Force Reserve Command NCOLDC was established in 1989 in response to a need to provide meaningful, challenging leadership training to mid-level enlisted personnel.

The graduates included the following:

- Staff Sgt. Jeni Ahearn, 434th Aerospace Medicine Squadron information specialist

- Tech. Sgt. Jeffrey Bruner, 434th Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels supply technician

- Tech. Sgt. Zachary Chapin, 434th Maintenance Squadron aerospace ground equipment specialist

- Tech. Sgt. Stephanie Creel, 434th AMDS medical lab technician

- Tech. Sgt. Rosalba DeLapaz, 74th Air Refueling Squadron medical element technician

- Staff Sgt. Lydia Douglas, 434th AMDS aerospace medical service helper

- Staff Sgt. Nathan Foxworth, 434th Maintenance Squadron jet engine mechanic apprentice

- Tech. Sgt. Jose Gomez, Jr., 434th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron KC-135 crew chief

- Staff Sgt. Lisa Hendricks, 434th AMDS aerospace medical service apprentice

- Staff Sgt. Cesar Leal, 434th AMDS dental assistant apprentice

- Staff Sgt. Eric McGraw, 434th AMXS aircraft hydraulic system specialist

- Tech. Sgt. Christopher Nack, 74th ARS inflight refueling technician

- Tech. Sgt. Tyler Smith, 434th LRS fuels supply journeyman

- Tech. Sgt. Aaron Stone, 434th Logistics LRS fuels supply journeyman

- Staff Sgt. Brandon Toth, 74th ARS inflight refueling journeyman

- Tech. Sgt. Ryan Waddell, 434th AMDS aerospace medical craftsman

- Staff Sgt. Eileen Zlaty, 434th AMDS health service management apprentice

The NCOs will now implement what they've learned to be more effective leaders.

The 434th ARW is the largest KC-135R Stratotanker unit in AFRC.
