Grissom Airman completes leadership course

GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Tech. Sgt. Zachary Chapin, 434th Maintenance Squadron aerospace ground equipment specialist, is presented with a noncommissioned officer leadership development course graduation certificate by Col. William T. ?Tim? Cahoon and Chief Master Sgt. Kevin Cassidy, during a NCOLDC graduation here recently. The Air Force Reserve Command NCOLDC was established in 1989 in response to a need to provide meaningful and challenging leadership training to mid-level enlisted personnel.
