434th ARW NCO completes leadership course

GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Staff Sgt. Eric McGraw, 434th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron aircraft hydraulic system specialist, accepts a noncommissioned officer leadership development course graduation certificate from Col. William T. ?Tim? Cahoon and Chief Master Sgt. Kevin Cassidy, during a NCOLDC here recently. The 10-day course teaches NCOs how to recognize good leadership practices in an organization, how to recognize the impact of power in a group, and how to develop team-building skills and other leadership qualities.
