Guardian Angels Rescue Lost Father and Daughter Near Mt. Hood

A 7-year-old sits in an MRAZR after being rescued by Search And Rescue (SAR) teams from the 304th Rescue Squadron and 125th Special Tactics Squadron, both stationed on Portland Air National Guard Base, Portland Ore. On September 3, 2020, a 34-year-old male, his 7-year-old daughter, and dog were rescued after being reported missing for two days in the Mt. Hood wilderness area. The 304 RQS is part of the 943rd Rescue Group at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona and the 920th Rescue Wing at Patrick AFB, Florida. (Photo by 943rd Rescue Group)
