GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind., -- Brig. Gen. Dean Despinoy, 434th Air Refueling Wing commander, outlines the results of an aircraft accident investigation board he presided over recently. The fatal mishap involving a T-38C Talon occurred at Columbus AFB, Mississippi.
