GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Senior Master Sgt. Greg Minnich works with Senior Airman Caleb Webster in "the vault" during a unit training assembly here. Both Sergeant Minnich and Airman Webster are 434th Operations Support Squadron intelligence specialists. Sergeant Minnich was recently named 434th Air Refueling Wing Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year.
