GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind., -- Civic leaders from the law enforcement community begin the loading process via a mobile stairway into a KC-135R Stratotanker prior to take off. Twenty-two members of law enforcement agencies from across central Indiana had the opportunity to participate in an aerial refueling mission over the southern United States.
