GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Chief Master Sgt. Louise Dietzer-Hensley, 434th Aerospace Medicine Squadron aerospace medical services manager, poses for a photo with Brig. Gen. Chief Dietzer-Hensley was welcomed into the ranks of chief master sergeants during a noncommissioned officer and chief master sergeant induction ceremony held during a unit training assembly. During the ceremony new NCOs, senior NCOs and chief master sergeants were inducted into their specific tiers and given charges commiserate with those roles by Chief Brady.
