KOKOMO, Ind., -- Master Sgt. Paul Tomlinson works to shore up the foundation of a ramp being built for a local disabled veteran. Sergeant Tomlinson, along with other members of the 434th Air Refueling Wing, donated their off-duty time to construct the ramp.
