Civic leaders visit GUS, fly refueling mission

GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Local civic leaders take a moment to pose in front of a KC-135R Stratotanker aircraft just prior boarding for an orientation flight held here recently. The orientation flight gave civic leaders a first-hand look at the mission of the 434th Air Refueling Wing. The civic leader flight program is just one of a number of community outreach activities sponsored by Grissom Air Reserve Base. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Mark R. W. Orders-Woempner)
