Push!

GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Staff Sgt. Joshua Carter strains to get those last couple pushups in before his minute is up during the pushup component of a fitness test he took here recently. Starting in July, the Air Force implemented new fitness assessment standards, which now include bi-annual testing, minimum requirements within testing components and establishing fitness assessment cells to proctor tests. Pushups count for ten of the possible 100 points. Sergeant Carter is a structural repair specialist with the 434th Maintenance Squadron. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Mark R. W. Orders-Woempner)
