GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Tech. Sgt. Joyce Royston and Staff Sgt. Rob Haswell listen during a Grissom Rising Six meeting. Sergeant Haswell is the group's president and Sergeant Royston is the vice president. The Rising Six is an organization for Grissom Airmen from the ranks of airman basic through technical sergeant. The mission of the organization is to establish and maintain a spirit of comradeship and esprit de corps that will enhance the prestige of all Airmen, encourage an attitude of unified purpose and set an example for all enlisted personnel according to the standards, traditions and customs of the U.S. Air Force.
