GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Lt. Col. Gary Lockard tells members of the 434th Air Refueling Wing about a new 434th ARW employer award certificate during a recent commander's call. The certificate is a way for reservists to thank their employers for support of their military service and will be personally signed by both the reservist and Col. William T.
