Navy JROTC cadets visit Grissom

GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps cadets pose for a photo in front of a KC-135R Stratotanker here during a base tour Sept. 8. The cadets were from Proviso East High School in Maywood, Ill. During their visit, the cadets were able to tour the Marine Corps Reserve unit here as well get an up-close look at a KC-135. The mission of the NJROTC program is to instill in students in United States secondary educational institutions the values of citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility and a sense of accomplishment.
