GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Customer service is just one of the many things to elevate the Grissom Inn to the top of Air Force Inns, and Ritta Baker exhibits that as she helps check out two guests here Sept. 29. Each Air Force Inn undergoes a yearly certification process which requires a score of 85 percent to pass. The Grissom Inn earned a high grade of 94.5 percent, which puts the on-base lodging facility at the top of Air Force Inns. This is the first time the Grissom Inn has scored this high on the certification, which is due in part to the many changes that have taken place at the facility recently.
