434th ARW commander briefs ?bosslift? employers

GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Listening intently, employers of reservists and guardmen get an overview of Grissom and the mission of the 434th Air Refueling Wing from Col. William T. "Tim" Cahoon, 434th ARW commander, here Sept. 27. The employers toured Grissom and spent the night on base before taking off for a tour of military facilities in Mississippi including the Air National Guard Combat Readiness Training Center at Gulfport. The mission of the ESGR is to develop and promote employer support for Guard and Reserve service by advocating relevant initiatives, recognizing outstanding support, increasing awareness of applicable laws and resolving conflict between employers and service members.
