434th ARW vice commander, military employers go on ?bosslift?

GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Col. Tim Cox, 434th ARW vice commander speaks to employers of reservists and guardsmen from around Indiana outside one of Grissom's KC-135R Stratotankers before taking flight for an Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve bosslift Sept. 28. The bosslift was planned to give outstanding reserve component employers a better understanding of military operations. The mission of the ESGR is to develop and promote employer support for Guard and Reserve service by advocating relevant initiatives, recognizing outstanding support, increasing awareness of applicable laws and resolving conflict between employers and service members.
