EO sergeant graduates Senior NCO Academy

GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Col. Tim Cox, 434th Air Refueling Wing vice commander, presents Master Sgt. Elnora Jones with a certificate here recently for her graduation from the Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy. The mission of the SNCOA is to educate senior enlisted leaders by effectively delivering professional military education designed to enhance the knowledge, skill and ability and reinforce a war fighters' ethos. The course also aims to provide current, effective and appropriate leadership and management education and training to meet current and foreseeable requirements of ever changing Air Force and Department of Defense missions.
