Advancing quickly

GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind., -- Master Sgt. Ralph Ross leads a fire team of 434th Security Forces Squadron members as they advance during an active shooter training scenario held here recently. Following a day of tactics, security members went through multiple realistic scenarios involving active shooter and hostage incidents to hone their skills and instincts. The training utilized modified pistols that fire a low-velocity round that allows the members to actually fire safely at each other and 'bad guys' to make the training as realistic as safely possible.
