Red Ribbon Week

GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Gary Flook, a drug demand reduction specialist with Grissom Air Reserve Base, Ind., tells first graders at Pipe Creek Elementary about why he wears a red ribbon during the last week of October during a special presentation at the school Oct. 28. Mr. Flook, along with other Grissom personnel have been helping the students of Pipe Creek learn about drugs, alcohol and tobacco during Red Ribbon Week. The week is the nation's oldest and largest drug prevention program in the nation reaching millions of Americans during the last week of October every year. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Mark R.
