GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Staff Sgt. Aaron Stone, 434th Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels supply journeyman and Tech. Sgt. Stephanie Creel, 434th Aerospace Medicine Squadron medical lab technician, prepare balloons for a team learning exercise during a noncommissioned officer leadership development course here March 24. The 10-day course is designed to teach Airmen leadership and management qualities that they can implement in the field.
