GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Robert Moore, 434th Operations Support Squadron air traffic control training and standardization manager, makes a call atop an ATC tower here April 11. In his job, Mr. Moore is in charge of all ATC training and standardizations procedures for almost 30 air traffic controllers. The ATC tower he is standing in was built in 1965 and is being replaced with a state-of-the-art tower that will be taller and larger. The new tower is scheduled for completion in 2012.
