Maintainer earns IDEA award

Master Sgt. Tommy Patton, 434th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron sortie support specialist, receives his Air Force Innovative Development through Employee Awareness Program, or IDEA, award from Col. William T. "Tim" Cahoon, 434th Air Refueling Wing commander. Patton's idea was to change an incorrect part number. The IDEA Program is an incentive program that promotes process improvement and resource savings through ideas submitted by military and civilian employees. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Mark R. W.
