The Total Force Service Center (TFSC) plays a vital role in sustaining the readiness and resilience of the U.S. Air Force by providing timely, accurate, and professional support to Airmen, Guardians, civilians, and their families. From personnel actions and career development to benefits and retirement services, TFSC ensures that the human element of the mission is never overlooked. Every call answered and resolved represents a step forward in keeping our force focused on the mission without being burdened by administrative uncertainty.

To enhance this mission, we’re transitioning from the current “NICE inContact” platform to “ForceLINK”, a new, cloud-based virtual contact center. This modern solution is designed to streamline the call handling experience for TFSC agents by integrating advanced tools that reduce processing time, simplify workflows, and offer real-time insights. ForceLINK’s intelligent routing and centralized data access ensure that callers receive faster, more accurate responses, ultimately strengthening trust and support across the Total Force.

One important change with ForceLINK is how calls are delivered and managed. Unlike the previous system that relied on desk phones or personal cell phones, ForceLINK will route all calls through Jabber, a secure software application that runs directly on your computer. Additionally, ForceLINK will feature a new call recording capability, allowing for improved quality assurance, training, and documentation. This will help ensure service consistency, support agent development, and allow leadership to better monitor and enhance customer experience across all TFSC operations.

Need to contact the TFSC? Contact the Total Force Service Center at DSN 665-0102, Commercial at 210-565-0102, or Toll Free at 1-800-525-0102 for assistance. You'll need to follow the prompts to get to the appropriate personnel specialist. Personnel specialists are standing by 24/7 to assist you with the exception of New Year's Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
