Speakers bureau briefs Wabash community leaders Published Jan. 8, 2008 GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind -- The Grissom ARB speakers bureau was busy on January 7 and 8 as it provided educational presentations to members of the Wabash Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs. The presentations were conducted at the Honeywell Center in Wabash and included an overview of base activities, DVD mini-movie on Grissom ARB, and a question and answer session. "The speaker's bureau is an outstanding way for local community groups to learn about Grissom ARB" said Lt. Col. Gary Lockard, chief of public affairs. "Most people are suprised when they learn about the base's economic impact and day-to-day activities."
