General Despinoy to speak in South Bend Published March 7, 2008 GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Brig. Gen. Dean J. Despinoy, 434th Air Refueling Wing Commander, will be the featured guest speaker at the South Bend Rotary Club on March 19. General Despinoy commands one of the key aerial refueling wings in the Air Force Reserve Command. The presentation to the Rotary Club will highlight current military operations at Grissom ARB and the 434th ARW's world-wide aerial refueling mission. The speech on March 19 at the Century Center at Noon is one of a series of speeches and civic leader outreach activities by General Despinoy in recent months.
