General Despinoy to address Kokomo Rotary Published March 7, 2008 GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind -- Brig. Gen. Dean J. Despinoy, 434th Air Refueling Wing Commander, will be the guest speaker at tomorrow's meeting of the Kokomo Noon Rotary Club. The speech to the Rotary Club is just one of a number of special presentations and other outreach activities the general has conducted for regional civic and community leaders. General Despinoy's presentation will cover current military operations at Grissom ARB and the 434th ARW's world-wide aerial refueling mission. The Rotary Club meets at the Kokomo County Club at Noon.
