By the book Published July 17, 2009 GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind., -- Airman 1st Class Crystal Rodman, a 434th Civil Engineer Squadron utility systems specialist, ensures equipment is properly put together in accordance with the technical orders while undergoing Silver Flag training at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. Some of the training that was received included; putting up tents, setting up a water system and field kitchen, runway damage assessment and repair, airfield lighting, aircraft arresting system, fire protection and chemical warfare operations.
