GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind., --  Chief Master Sgt. Larry Brady, 434th Air Refueling Wing command chief, right, presents a plaque to Master Sgt. Clifford Watson, 434th Civil Engineer Squadron, for his service as the unit's first sergeant.  In the 434th ARW, first sergeants play an important role by serving as a liaison between unit personnel and squadron commander's.
