Maintenance Group award winners Published Dec. 2, 2009 GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind., -- The 434th Maintenance Group recently announced its award winners for the 4th quarter. The categories and individual award winners are: Airman of the Quarter: Airman Alina M. Beisenbach Noncommissioned Officer of the Quarter: Staff Sgt. Steven A. Thomas Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Quarter: Master Sgt. Terry L. Rhea The 434th Maintenance Group is one of the largest organizations within the 434th Air Refueling Wing and includes a Maintenance Operations Squadron and an Aircraft Maintenance Squadron. The group and its personnel are responsible for such aircraft maintenance activities as avionics, fabrication, systems, jet propulsion, inspection, logistics management, maintenance control, maintenance supply, plans and scheduling, resource management, and ground support equipment.
