The Department of the Air Force began publishing the nature and results of sexual misconduct disciplinary actions on installation websites across the Air Force and Space Force on Dec. 1, 2023. This change supports a Department of Defense effort to promote greater transparency and accountability in sexual misconduct cases and is in accordance with recommendations from the Independent Review Commission on Sexual Assault in the Military. 

The following data includes brief descriptions of sexual misconduct followed by disciplinary action issued to the guilty party. Outcomes are grouped by year and sorted by month.
