Cross functional training

GALLUP, N.M., -- Master Sgt. Billy Fagan, a pavements and construction equipment craftsman with the 434th Civil Engineers Squadron, gets some cross-functional training as he uses a nail gun to build a wall as part of a construction project in New Mexico. Grissom civil engineers are working under the auspices of an innovative training program to help build houses for Native Americans, and hone their construction skills.
