GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind., -- Brig. Gen. Dean Despinoy, 434th Air Refueling Wing commander, center with scissors, cuts the ribbon to officially open the Visual Threat Recognition and Avoidance Training room here June 15. The general is joined by members of the base who were influential in getting the room renovated and the equipment installed. Members of the 434th Civil Engineering Squadron turned an old mechanical room into secure training environment.
