GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind -- Mr. Hodge Patel, district director for Congressman Joe Donnelly, tries his skills on the Aircrew Emergency Parachute Flight Simulator during a recent tour of the base. Mr. Patel, along with six other congressional staffers, took part in Grissom's Quarterly Congressional Outreach hosted by Brig. Gen. Dean Despinoy, 434th Air Refueling Wing Commander.
