GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Airman 1st Class Adam Heykoop, 434th Civil Engineers Squadron electrician, places a wrench back in his tool bag after working on an electrical pole setup while Staff Sgt. Josh Huggins, 434th CES electrician, looks on. The two Airmen were practicing climbing and maintenance on electrical poles during the October unit training assembly. Until recently, when three poles were installed behind the 434th CES building, electricians were unable to practice their pole skills on base. (U.S. Air Force photo\Staff Sgt. Mark R. W.
