Let's shake on it...

GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Col. William T. "Tim" Cahoon shakes the hand of and Jessica Mullins, a contracting company project manager, as Tom Weatherwax watches on after the three participated in a groundbreaking ceremony for Grissom?s new air traffic control tower here March 15. The new ATC tower, with a programmed cost of $7.4 million, will replace an existing structure built in 1965. When complete, the nine-story tower will provide Grissom's ATC with increased visibility, training simulator area, increased security, office space and enhanced environmental controls. Colonel Cahoon is the 434th Air Refueling Wing commander, and Tom Weatherwax is the Grissom Community Council vice president. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Damon Kasberg)
