GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Staff Sgt. Eileen Zlaty, Staff Sgt. Aaron Stone and Tech. Sgt. Tyler Smith, are putting a puzzle together as a team creation exercise during a noncommissioned officer leadership development course here March 24. The exercise helps to improve their leadership abilities by teaching them to communicate and build partnerships with their co-workers. Staff Sgt.
