GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Tech Sgt. Zachary Chapin, 434th Maintenance Squadron jet engine mechanic, was named the 434th Air Refueling Wing NCO of the Year for 2012. Chapin shared his gratitude for his award while giving credit to his leaders, mentors and supervisors, past and present, for teaching him and guiding him to where he is now.
