Miller awarded Air Force Achievement Medal

Air Force Reserve Master Sgt. Michael A. Miller of Kokomo, Ind., was recently awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal.

He is the son of Donald and Penelope Miller of Indianapolis, Ind.

Sergeant Miller is a jet engine mechanic flight chief with the 434th Air Refueling Wing at Grissom ARB. He has been a member of the Air Force Reserve for 16 years and has a total of 18 ½ years of military service.

In his current position, he plays a key role in the supervision, maintenance and repair of KC-135R Stratotanker jet engines. He was awarded the achievement medal for his professional, professional skill and dedication to duty.

In his civilian occupation, he is a production worker with Daimler Chrysler in Kokomo.
