Bieberich, Courtney and Doherty join Community Council Published Dec. 1, 2006 GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind -- Grissom Community Council officials were pleased to add three new members to its roster during November. The new members are:Dennis Bieberich of Decatur, IndRobert Courtney of Plainville, IndKevin Doherty of Peru, IndThe Grissom Community Council is a civilian, nonprofit organization that provides support to the military organizations located at Grissom Air Reserve Base. The council has a number of special committees in addition to its general membership roster and works on special events and activities throughout the year to benefit Grissom Air Reserve Base. The council is incorporated under provisions of the Indiana Nonprofit Corporation Act of 1991. It is authorized to operate within the confines of Grissom ARB by the provisions of AFI 34-223 and sanctioned by the 434th Air Refueling Wing commander.
