GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Larry Franklin, the Deputy Region Chaplain for the Great Lakes Region Civil Air Patrol, inspects the formation of attendees to the Annual Chaplain Staff College here. The chaplain college provides instruction to Civil Air Patrol chaplains in subject matters ranging from military customs and courtesies to radio equipment usage.
