GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind., -- Master Sgt. Chet Nance, bottom, and Senior Airman Tony Russell, both combat arms instructors with the 434th Security Forces Squadron, perform their annual proficiency firing. Sergeant Nance fires an M-16 rifle while Airman Russell acts as the instructor observing techniques such as trigger pull and breathing.
