Annual marathon at Wright-Patterson AFB Published June 14, 2008 GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind., -- Grissom personnel are reminded the 2008 U.S. Air Force Marathon will take place at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, on Sept. 20. In past years, personnel from Grissom have taken part in the event. According to a news release from Wright-Patterson AFB, more than 6,700 runners have already registered for the marathon.
