Grissom celebrates the holidays

  • Published
The holidays are a time for spending time together and having fun, and that's exactly what Grissom Airmen did at several holiday parties hosted both on and off base during the December unit training assembly.

While parties ranged from small get-togethers at people's houses to large gatherings in hangars, holiday cheer was in full swing, and even Santa Claus joined in for the fun.

Two of the most notable parties included the 434th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron party and the Grissom Airman and Family Readiness party.

The 434th AMXS event, which was held in Dock 1, featured performances by musical groups Danee and Pearl Heart. The A&FR party gave children a chance to sit on Santa's lap and pick out a toy from Saint Nick.
