GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind. -- The fitness center sponsored a running clinic during the August unit training assembly.

Participating Airmen had an opportunity to learn ways to improve their running technique and running efficiency.

The 434th ARW is the largest KC-135R Stratotanker unit in the Air Force Reserve Command.
