Grissom Community Council to meet Feb. 10 Published Feb. 8, 2007 GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind -- The Grissom Community Council will hold a general membership meeting on Saturday, Feb. 10 at 6 pm at Grissom Air Reserve Base. The community council is a nonprofit civilian organization whose membership includes local community leaders, elected officials, and concerned citizens. The council sponsors various projects and activities in support of Grissom ARB and its military and civilian personnel. The meeting will feature a "Council Year in Review" presentation and election of officers for 2007. The highlight of the evening will be a special presentation by Brig. Gen. Dean Despinoy, 434th ARW Commander, who will outline his vision for the council and its activities for 2007. The council has more than 100 members and is open to all interested individuals.
