The award suits him his coworkers say, and he has a drive for excellence. "If I could describe Senior Airman Lee in one sentence, I would say he has always been concerned about serving the military members of Grissom and he does his job with excellence and a can do attitude," said Master Sgt. Trudy Burnett, of the chaplain's office. A sentiment echoed by Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Juanita Carroll. "He really, genuinely enjoys the mission of the chaplain service," she said. The Airman of the Quarter Award is given to service members who demonstrate exceptional expertise, professionalism, and advanced skills in their jobs, while supporting the mission of Grissom and the Air Force Reserve Command. During his three years with the chaplain's office Senior Airman Lee has not only assumed responsibility for chaplain's assistant duties, he has also assumed many additional administrative tasks of the office. Something that is not overlooked by Colonel Carroll. "Senior Airman Lee has been a big help to us, and to have someone willing and able to take on additional work has been great," she added
