GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind., -- The Air Force has one more colonel as Douglas Schwartz received his new rank during a promotion ceremony on March. 4. Colonel Schwartz is a long-time member of the 434th Air Refueling Wing, but with his promotion came an assignment to Florida where he will help transition KC-135 Stratotankers from Michigan to the Sunshine State.
