Family day in September Published July 31, 2007 GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind -- Officials at Grissom ARB announced the annual family appreciation day will be held on Saturday, September 8, beginning at 11 a.m. at the picnic pavilions behind the Services Complex. Scheduled activities include the Celebration of Faith concert, commanders' tricycle race, fun run, information fair, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, quilt show and AAFES case lot sale. Food is free to unit members and their immediate families with proper ID. For extended family members, cost is $3 per adult and $1 per child. More information will be provided as it becomess available.
