Honorary commanders visit Grissom today Published Aug. 18, 2011 GRISSOM AIR RESERVE BASE, Ind., -- Three of the 434th Air Refueling Wing's honorary commanders will visit Grissom Air Reserve Base today and tour Maintenance Group facilities. Anita Harden, honorary maintenance group commander; John Gilpin, honorary wing commander; and John Stackhouse, honorary command chief, will participate in a special behind-the-scenes look at the 434th Maintenance Group. Their tour stops will include aircraft refurb, AGE shop, metals technology, NDI and sheet metal shop. The honorary commanders tour is part of the 434th ARW community outreach program.
